Go from Idea to Walmart Shelves in 18 Months – The iFLEX

Go from Idea to Walmart Shelves in 18 Months – The iFLEX

Have you tried everything you can to get your product into mass retail and still have had no success?  Scott Anderson’s story is inspirational and educational. When you learn about his background, you’ll see that you don’t need to have vast levels of experience or connections to make it onto retail shelves!  Scott retired from the U.S. Air Force after a 30-year career, five days before Harvest Growth recorded this interview.  He was able to turn the iFLEX into a home run while working a demanding “day job” and still succeed faster than almost anyone we’ve ever interviewed.

In today’s episode of the Harvest Growth Podcast, we’ll cover:

    · Getting buyers’ attention at trade shows (or virtual trade shows).
    · Finding an experienced team to help shorten your time to the shelf and increase your profitability.
    · And much more!

A Short Bio on Scott Anderson
Scott Anderson went from Air Force officer to entrepreneur/inventor within days. He joined the Air Force in 1989 and was commissioned as an officer in 2003. Anderson spent the last four years working at the Pentagon in the Office of Secretary Defense. He retired five days before we recorded this interview after 30 years of combined service. Scott lives with his wife in N. Bethesda, MD. He is a father to three children and a grandfather to five grandchildren.

The idea of iFlex came to him in March of 2019. He worked with numerous manufacturers and officially launched iFlex into eCommerce in July of 2019. After the first month bringing in around $8,000 in sales, every month just kept getting better and better. In May 2020, Anderson signed a royal distribution agreement with Media Brands International, and within a few months, iFlex was on the shelves at Walmart. Soon, iFlex will hopefully be at Staples, Walgreens CVS, Kroger, 7-11, and other major retailers. In a little over one year after retiring from the Air Force, Scott Anderson’s product is a MAJOR success.

Check out Scott’s full line of products at TheiFLEX.com.
