Love the podcast however I would like to see more information on eating disorders. With my hashimotos diagnosis also came an overwhelming amount of advice on diets, fasting, and calorie intake. As a therapist, I would like the podcast to include disclaimers that yes, certain diets can help but they can also aggravate your body even more, especially if its causing a lot of stress or if you have a history of an eating disorder. In addition, not every one wants to lose weight with Hashimotos. When I got diagnosed, I went on instagram to see if there were support groups or accounts about hashis and I was bombarded with statements like how to lose weight with hashimotos. This can be extremely triggering to individuals who are already stressed or vulnerable from their recent diagnosis!
