Healing From Heartache is on a mission to help women and men recover from the heartbreak, loneliness, and confusion that comes from a divorce or painful breakup.
About the founder-
Hi, I'm Scott Milnes, relationship expert, life coach, and founder of Healing From Heartache. After a devastating divorce by 30, and then a crushing breakup about 8 years later, I embarked on a deep study of breakup and divorce recovery. I desperately wanted to know what true love is, what it isn't, and how to tell the difference. And I wanted to truly recover and heal my broken heart.
I've read just about every book, taken every class, and attended every workshop, seminar, and sermon that I could find that would help me crack the code, and now I'm here to share my findings.
Because the truth is, handled the right way, your heartbreak can truly be a springboard that will launch you into a bigger, better, and brighter life.
I know- I'm living proof.
And if I can do it, trust me- so can you!

Little too late
I really wish I had come across this before. Every thing he went through resonated with everything I faced. This is all very down to earth advice for whatever relationship downfall you experience. Thank you for sharing.
Just what I needed!!
This relationship healing podcast has given me a new perspective. I gained insight into the emotional black hole I’ve been living and functioning in just this past six months. Scott showed me that my emotions, especially the negative emotional state I was in was curving every part of my life. Financially and the way I related to others was going the wrong way. But I’m on a different course now, and I received it like I was on the couch being coached.
So Glad I Found This!!!
After the end of my engagement and three years of dating, I was so heartbroken and this series has really helped me regroup and get back on my feet. It's not a pity party or self-indulging, it's practical and it just gives you things to focus on to learn and grow and push on. I'm so grateful for this podcast.
