So relatable its sustainable

I've delved into the health world for several years now, initially because I wanted to get healthy, later because my health depended on it. I've listened to likely hundreds of podcasts on health and wellness, and the reason I keep coming back to this podcast is because of Brooke's emphasis again and again on being kind to yourself and your body. She encourages her listeners to listen to the cues of their body, and do what works for them, what is sustainable for them! I've tried crazy protocols that just aren't sustainable, and they work! But hearing Brooke's helpful tips remind me that I don't have to be militant or neurotic about my health. So grateful for her love of research that makes all the content relatable and enjoyable! Highly recommend!!
