NAILED IT! First one was a success!

Wow!! Well said Ben! I couldn’t agree more on that! Loved this podcast, such an important topic that needs to be covered! Hundreds and Thousands of people around the world are worrying and strictly dialing in all those numbers day by day, making sure they count those calories and get those 5-7 meals a day! Little do they know, even though the results on the outside will look great! They are only shortening their lives and ruining their hormones because once a couple months go by... BOOM! It’s all back. People need to know the truth, and it’s hard, extremely hard for people to believe such things. Especially being taught in school one thing, and an online training with an amazing body telling you another, your doctor saying something else. It’s like who is telling the truth! Sometimes you have to think... be a free thinker. What did our ancestors do? They sure didn’t wake up having that Captain Crunch with a toasted bread on cream cheese and orange juice! They didn’t worry about counting those calories. We have to be more like them! Hahaha I would love to go on with this and talk more about this topic with you ma man!
