Fun, Motivational, and Informational

I am so moved by these podcasts and the variety of programs led by Dr. Dave that I decided to write my first ITunes review in support of the Health Mastery Cafe podcast. I believe that Dr. Dave will bring an element of fun and adventure while simultaneously providing significant health-related information to the listeners, in an effort to promote the adoption of a healthier lifestyle. This is an excellent vehicle that is engineered to spread the health message with the hope of changing the outlooks/perceptions of many on health. Also, this podcast will reveal that achieving one's health goals can be fun, realistic, and achievable.
