Uplifting, inspiring, and not crazy-making!

I freaking LOVE this podcast! It came into my life right at a time when I was confronting my serious perfectionism around health, diet, and parenthood—right in the middle of my first trimester of my first pregnancy. I thought I was going to have the perfect pregnancy and perfect babies...right up until the all-day sickness hit like a train at 5 weeks. Kristen’s podcast has been a beacon of light on how to be beautifully imperfect and embrace balance rather than chasing perfection. She also has amazing guests on who share her practical, uplifting, pro-mama message!
