I want to use my knowledge through the course of my fitness journey to provide motivation, confidence and strong diet along with fitness goals that work best for every individual person. Cool approach to life and science. I love how they tie science and other things like spirituality, religion, and just overal the discussion is natural. A lot of cool life experiences shared and normal every day struggles. Science, Space, health and fitness, society, all of it is discussed in a calm way and light hearted way.
