    Are You Enough?

    Are You Enough?

From the moment we’re born, people are measuring us. How much do you weigh? What’s your GPA? How fast or strong are you? How much money do you earn? Are you good enough?
Welcome to episode 22 of The Heart of a Leader!
The world’s idea of success says we’re only as good as some quantifiable statistic. But when we try to find our value and worth in things outside of ourselves, it’s easy to believe the lie that we’re not enough.
Today, we’ll air out those harmful ideas of “being good enough” and create some real strategies to remember your self-worth.

Don't Keep Shooting if You're Not Hitting the Target

Don't Keep Shooting if You're Not Hitting the Target

Zig Ziglar said, “If you aim at nothing, you’ll hit it every time.” But I’ve found that, even when we’re aiming at something, we often miss the target because we don’t stop shooting.
Welcome to episode 20 of The Heart of a Leader!
As a leader, you’ve likely set some goals for yourself. But if you’re not careful, you could be wasting a ton of resources to hit that goal, just to find out that you weren’t even getting anywhere close.
Today, we’ll discuss how to get back on target when you’re missing the mark.
And, don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert marksman to understand the analogy.

Thank about what you are doing

After listening to this podcast I got thinking about how I can change things in my own life and ever since then when I go to do something all think well do I want to do this because I want to . What is my consequences of doing this. So after listening to the first podcast not really thinking about different things that were said it just put that little thing in your brain to say oh so it does work if you just think and then you don’t go and do something you really don’t want to do or shouldn’t do if you just kind of think about it sometimes thank you Daniel Jenkins.
