    The Punisher

    The Punisher

In this episode we are going to look into the origins of one of Marvel’s most iconic and controversial characters, Frank Castle, a.k.a, The Punisher. Now this is a character that some consider a hero and others consider a crazy person who kills lots of people while wearing a skull on his chest. I think of him as a little of both. I’m also super excited about the interview I got to do with Gerry Conway, the man who created The Punisher,  and several other characters throughout Marvel and DC comics.

Good knowledge and passion

Love this podcast. I love the idea of looking back at all characters. I forget a lot of these characters stories over time as I continuously read more comics. This podcast allows me to quickly recall and enjoy these characters again. I’m even finding myself going back and rereading stories or arcs because of what’s discussed in this podcast. The interviews are great as well. One thing I truly like is sometimes it’s just 15 minutes some are over an hour. I can pick and choose based on my allotted time. Keep these coming and I love name. Now to check out the site.

great, diverse podcast

I'm not a wide reader of comics..and what I love best about this podcast is that it goes over characters I know and love (Michonne, Daredevil) as well as others I know only by name (like Lying Cat). Host's knowledge is deep and wide, and his tone is friendly and conversational.
A good podcast for all kinds of comics fans.

Very informative

I checked this out after seeing a link for the Invincible episode Reddit. I've only checked out the Invincible episode, but I really enjoyed it. Character bios is a topic that works really well for the podcast format. I hope the other episodes have the same quality, although I did notice that they're a little shorter. Nonetheless, keep up the good work!
