Life Changing

I know the title I chose sounds dramatic, but when you’ve been living your whole life wondering why you feel so different from everyone else, it’s incredible to feel validated by someone as well as get good tips and better understand of the HSP trait. Lauren’s approach comes from a place of expertise but also feels so comforting at the same time. So thankful for this podcast!
The real deal - recommended

I love Lauren’s warmth and realistic approach. Her show offers bite-sized support and encouragement for HSPs without sugar-coating real world experiences. I appreciate the kindness and authenticity of her style and focus. As an HSP career and business coach, I love to share resources like this one with my clients, and as an HSP myself, it's nourishing for me too. There are many HSP resources out there but I can’t endorse all of them. This is a good one.

Extremely helpful and calming

I’ve only listened to two episodes so far because I just found this podcast this morning, but I am already very appreciative of it! I listened to two of the longer episodes (one about following your gut, and one about being an empath). I like the style of conversation in these episodes because it makes it feel like I am chatting with some HSP friends 🥺. Excited to listen to more!
