Insight Well Beyond Talent Acquistion
James Mackey and team deliver great insight on Talent Acquisition and recruiting, but so much more, as well! One of my favorite shows for HR, Leadership, and technology all around in the People Space. There is always a great mix of technical and psychological insight in each show, and James has a clear curiosity backed by the know-how to understand and explain the jargon. If you want to really understand what is going on in the People / Talent space, this is a great place to start (and I recommend starting with Season 2, Episode 11 because I was a guest on that one!). Great show all around, even including my episode...
