Awesome Pod!

Thank u so much! I love history but only knew the clique basics about China like emperors, Great Wall, guys with no dongs working in the palace, Ect. I had no idea how awesome China’s history was until I started your pod. The history & your story telling has been so entertaining I can’t say thank u enough.

A real gem

Do not miss this free college education. Having grown up in China, I find History of China very well produced. The subject is extremely difficult given the vast amount of materials and conflicting accounts. But Chris Stewart made a very streamlined presentation, yet the depths of treatment is second to none. Many of the details he covered are hard to come by in common history lessons taught in China, definitely not from any high school. The podcast also presents a perspective of world history, which makes some events much easier to grasp. Just the courage to make decisions on what to tell and what to skip is admirable.
