005 | How to Prioritize Self-Care When You Don't Want to Slow Down
Exhaustion and motherhood might go together like peanut butter & jelly, but sometimes there’s more to the story. In early April 2020, I learned that what I was experiencing wasn’t just “pandemic stress & overwhelm.” I had Epstein-Barr Virus...aka mono. Thanks to my slobbery (and cute) 1-year old.
Six months later, I’m still fighting it (womp, womp). So self-care planning to the rescue. With my trusty PowerSheets® in hand, there are 3 ways I’m aiming to slow down to kick this virus for good and eventually reclaim my energy for my 4Q and 2021 goals.
In this episode, I’m sharing how I made my way through the realization that what I was dealing with was more than just pandemic stress and motherhood in 2020, what a self-care plan is NOT, why self-care really does have to come before successful productivity, and my 3 favorite ways to hit “pause.”
If you’re wondering if your exhaustion might be more than meets the eye, or if you’re just looking for a self-care reset that feels super achievable and refreshing, then tune into this episode and take action with one simple idea!

004 | How to Cultivate an Intentional Year in 2021 Through Purposeful Goal Setting
Setting goals every year is always the most welcome reset. Whenever October rolls around, it’s exciting to lean into the holiday season while beginning to envision how you want next year to look and feel. You may even already have a sense of a perfect “word of the year” for 2021 … alignment, peace, clarity, calm, to name a few ;)
After a year like this one, 2021 goal setting is going to be the MOST welcome reset of all. Even if you’re still not sure 2021 will look all that much different, goal setting is an important way to stay focused on your life’s vision and purpose.
But what if the old methods and process for setting goals feels a bit stale? Or has completely lost effectiveness? Maybe your goal setting plan feels like it creates MORE, and maybe unnecessary, work.
If you’re ready for a goal setting process that’ll change your life as it did mine 3 years ago and to set your sites on a plan structured perfectly for you, then you’ll want to tune into this episode to hear all about my goal setting process alongside my most trusty sidekick, PowerSheets®!

If you’ve been around the “productivity block” then you know morning routine’s are all the rage. But you also know that sleep often sounds a bit better most days. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be either / or. You can enjoy a fulfilling morning routine, as long as you’re clear with exactly what you need on a given day to feel rested and energized.
So in this episode, I’m talking about morning routines and little steps you can take to navigate into your own, even if you aren’t a morning person AT ALL and dread the idea of waking up before the sun! I’m also covering a few roadblocks, how to stay flexible and shift as needed, and the triggers I follow to get “in the zone” upon waking up.
This episode will encourage you to try a morning routine of your own, or maybe refresh the one you’ve got!

So in this episode, I’m sharing these 8 fall rhythms that lead to contentment through winter. If you love fall, are ready for a reset, and are ready to set your sights towards a relaxing and calm winter (as much as we can control), then this episode is for you.
This episode will bring you fresh inspiration for this fall season. Fall 2020 is NOT cancelled, so let’s give it a little reboot with these 8 fall rhythms.
