Amazing contribution to our community

For those who believe that they need therapy but can’t afford it, this is an excellent resource to tap into. It’s not a substitute for therapy but when you couple it with other resources this podcast can assist you on your journey to becoming a healthier being.

Blessed by this resource

What a beautiful offering this podcast is. Anyone doing the work on bettering themselves, getting into alignment, upgrading their life, etc. would greatly benefit from this podcast. Dr. Thema has an eloquent & beautiful way of enabling our own thought processes of looking inward & reflecting in a meaningful and productive manner. Very grateful for this.
