148 - Zentangle and Mindful Drawing with the Wee Crafty Crow
Welcome back friends! We have a guest with us this week - the wonderful Lisa from the Wee Crafty Crow! She's here to talk all things Zentangle and mindful drawing. But first, we're kicking off with Witchy Would You Rather. This month we're debating mindfulness colouring pictures and getting lost in the woods.
Then we get straight into our topic. Lisa talks us through the process of Zentangle, the benefits of mindfulness drawing, and convinces us that we might actually be able to do art!

144 - Goddess Series: Hecate
Welcome back to the Coven of Awesomeness! This week we're considering crime and living to 200 years old in our Witchy Would You Rather questions.
We've decided to do a new series on Goddesses of the world. Technically, we started with Brighid last month, but we're kicking off the official series with a goddess who is synonymous with witchcraft - Hecate. We learned all sorts of cool stuff about Hecate, from her correspondences to the best ways to work with or honour her. Louise has also decided to attribute a star sign to each of the goddesses, so this should be interesting!
We end, as always, with awesomeness. Renee has been feeling the stirrings of spring after a long winter, and Louise is continuing her Treat Yo Self time with some delicious sushi.

So grateful for these two witches
Listening to Renee and Louise chitchat about witchcraft and astrology has give my own inner system so much food for thought in the conversations we have inside my mind. My spiritual practice and my musings about myself and the universe are broader and richer and deeper because of listening to these two witches. This podcast has given me an expanded vocabulary for my spiritual practice, fostered creativity and meaning in the rituals of my every day life, and — even though I’m in the U.S.— given me a sense of spiritual community. I really feel like when I’m listening to this podcast I’m sitting at the kitchen table with Rene and Louise and whichever guest.
