You radiate hopefullness

I am very happy to have recently found this young lady. I already know/knew about her thoughts on binge eating, urges, etc. because I learned this line of thought a few years ago. But, I never tried as hard as I needed to try… on ignoring or facing the urge, in other words…I was still choosing to binge…instead of just letting the urge pass and simply observing it. It is difficult to do…but it works every time you do it. This dear young person had only had her problem for 8 years. I do believe she fully recovered. I can tell you I am now 67 years old and I still struggle…even knowing what I know. BUT…the reason why is because I have had binge eating disorder and some form of bulimia for 45 years. I believe this unhealthy habit was so ingrained… it is harder to break a habit when you have done it for so long. But it does work. Celine has a beautiful and easy listen to style and voice. It is quite pleasant. I go out for a walk and find peace when I am reminded of things I already know…but gentle and consistent thoughts are apparently what I need. I wish she was available when I was in my 20’s! I do believe I would have broken this terrible habit back then and my life would have been more productive and my life would have been more fulfilling. I highly recommend her and compliment her style, length of podcast, very reasonable and honest advice and recommendations. Celine, Please keep making these. Thank you! And to everyone out there…do not give up and keep trying.
