HSG Ep. 16: Miranda Alcaraz - CrossFit Games, Street Parking, and Working Out Less and Eating Cinnamon Rolls for Health

Today's guest is a CrossFit Games athlete, business owner and mother of (very) soon to be three - MIRANDA ALCARAZ.
Miranda tells stories of competing, coaching, extreme recovery, and the start of her business and passion - Street Parking. Five years later, Street Parking has become so much more than she and  co-owner and husband Julian had ever dreamed. She explains why you don't need a gym or fancy equipment to get and stay fit for life - for YOUR life.
Oh yeah. She also apparently makes a killer cinnamon roll...

HSG Ep. 12: Ennis Esmer - Schitt's Creek, Awkward Moments, and Ice Cream

Most recently noted for his work on the NBC show Blindspot as , the Amazon Series Red Oaks, and his reoccurring role on the multi-Emmy winning show Schitt’s Creek, actor Ennis Esmer dishes up some great conversation.  Heidi had the opportunity to sit down (virtually) in July to chat with him about his life, food, and the importance of staying connected in a time when connections look far different than they used to. He also made Heidi blush…a lot...

Awesome podcast!

If you’re looking for a podcast to brighten your day listen to Heidi! In The Hungry Stuntgirl you’ll learn anything from delicious food recipe ideas, nutritional tips, to what happens in the daily lives of professional actors, chefs, nutritionists, and stunt performers.

The coolest thing about it for me it’s that it feels like you are in the middle of the conversation with Heidi and the guests and you can feel the genuine energy in every conversations, it’s like you are in family sharing jokes and experiences and best of all, talks about fooooood! Who doesn’t love talking about food?? :))

Greatly recommended!

Great show!

What a great show! Can’t wait to see where Heidi takes this show. So far it does not disappoint. Top notch indeed. Who can go wrong talking about food? But, this not just some pretentious food show. What is wonderful is the casual nature of the interviews and the diversity of conversation topics. Definitely subscribe and listen!
