WELLNESS - Living an Ayurvedic life with Dr Suresh Vassen
Dr Suresh Vassen has been my go-to Ayurvedic doctor for a few years now - and it's no surprise why. During the initial years of practising medicine, Dr Vassen experienced a lack of fulfilment and discontent when treating patients using conventional allopathic medicine, relieving symptoms only and not really improving the patient’s general well-being and quality of life. This led him to the exploration and study of Ayurvedic medicine, Acupuncture and Homeopathy. He found great enthusiasm, delight and satisfaction in integrating conventional medicine with these natural modalities of healing.
In this podcast, we chat about how one can live a life in harmony with nature whilst making small changes and shifts to improve one's health and quality of life. It's filled with useful information that could be used for just about anyone!
