Good content consistently

James brings on great guests on a consistent basis. The episodes can venture into so many different directions, which is what I actually love most about the podcast. It’s fitness focused but also touches on many different areas of life. Keep up the good work!

Awesome Show! Appreciate The Original Content

James is an awesome host and really does a unique job of collaborating with top guests from the evidence-based fitness industry while discussing original content that cannot be found anywhere else. It’s really cool to have guys like Eric Helms, Greg Nuckols and Menno Henselmans (who I also look up to as well) and hear their perspective on more-personal topics outside of the scope of fitness and nutrition. Every episode here, I’m able to takeaway key points that will benefit my career aspirations of taking on a similar path of James and each of the guests he has on. Looking forward to the future of this show, as I’m confident that James will continue to hone-in on his interviewing skills and deliver valuable content that is useful for people looking to improve their knowledge on strength training, nutrition, and perhaps even looking to create a successful career in such an area. Great work man and I wish you the best of luck moving forward!

Good guests; not the best host

Wish the host wouldn’t talk so much and would let his guests do the talking. I literally skip through the parts that he’s talking while listening to the episodes with the guests I’m interested in.
