Green Goodness

I only recently discovered this podcast and I just spent time over the past few days binge-listening to the first 18 episodes. I must say, I am very pleasantly impressed by Diabolu Frank's knowledge of, and passion for J'onn J'onzz, a character I've enjoyed since I first encountered him in the early 1960s. I've learned things about the Manhunter from Mars that I didn't know before, and I've been reminded of things I've always known and loved about him. If you're a fan, or even merely interested in this under-valued DC hero, this is definitely the podcast for you.

Diabolu Frank knows everything there is to know about Martian Manhunter and he shares it all in a fun and entertaining show that covers not only the comics but also the many television appearances of the character. Always interesting and good fun.

This is such an easy podcast to like. Even if you only have a passing interest in the character, Frank grabs and hold your interest for the duration of the podcast. Each episode is short and leaves you wanting more. It's the perfect length for a singular-focused podcast like this. Listening to Frank talk about Martian Manhunter is like listening to your favorite nerdy friend talk about their favorite things. Plus… Frank is a walking library of DC Comics information. This podcast is fun, short, intimate, and funny. Give it a try.
