39: How Deep Human Connection Can Change You Forever with Guest Co-Host Krizell Sullano The Imaginal Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

Today I have the most special guest co-host - someone whom I've dreamt of having on the podcast for a long time.

Krizell Sullano was my nurse at the UCLA medical center when I had a life-saving liver surgery in 2012.

Krizell is one of the most beautiful people I know, and she has impacted my life immeasurably. Today we talk candidly, honestly, musingly and emotionally about how sharing a deep connection with someone can change you forever.

I am beyond my ability to thank Krizell. She has been a true healer in my life - physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I wonder if you could join me this week in reaching out with gratitude to those in our lives who have made that kind of soul impact on us. Along with that, a deep bow of appreciation goes out to all of the nurses and healthcare workers. They are the truest of heroes.

Krizell Sullano is a registered nurse and cooking fanatic, (check out her Instagram @krizkitch for recipes and therapeutic videos) who thrives on connection. Krizell founded Everyday Women and used to host events with guest speakers and workshops for self love and connection in real life.
