Inspiring

An incredible initiative to tell the stories of women working in animation and those who paved the way. I’ve been listening for a while and love to hear the myriad of voices of women across the animation industry. Cassie interviews animators, character designers, storyboard artists, revisionists, color supervisors, background artists, supervising directors, and more. It’s amazing to get a peek into the many roles in the animation pipeline and across all kinds of projects. Cassie has thoughtful questions that illuminates the guest’s story and offers an opportunity to have really important conversations about their experiences and perspectives. I’m so glad this podcast exists!

A Great Source of Drive

I’m a young woman graduating from college very soon with a degree in animation and hearing the stories of these amazing women help me to stay focused on my long-term goals! It’s also great for getting me to push myself, to get up and do something when I’m feeling run-down.
