Wonderful

I recommend all of Stin’s work to family and friends. I am thrilled when a new meditation is posted and anxiously wait for my very slow computer to download it so I can listen. I have never been disappointed. Even though I am not into sports, I still listen and apply as much as possible to my life as a whole. Life is similar to one giant game and any help you get from the sidelines should be welcomed.

The episode 3 Running Meditation for Race Day eposiode is not working. I am unable to listen or download that podcast eopisode! I talked to apple support and they claimed that it is the podcast!

WOW!!!

If your a golfer or a runner, you have to have this! The voice is so soothing and calming that it puts you into a state of sheer focus. I thought meditation was something that other people do. But then I tried it and I'm so glad I did. It calms you and prepares you for the task at hand. Like you've already played the round your about to play or run the race your about to run. Try it, you'll love it.
