Learning so much

Melanie and Gin are so knowledgeable about Intermittent Fasting! They both do a great job explaining the process, benefits, challenges, etc. They each have a different approach/perspective, which keeps the information from being skewed in any one direction. I don’t feel like I’m being “sold” on anything. Just the facts . . . and opinions.
