Vipassana meditation review

Hi James! I absolutely enjoyed your review of your 10 day meditation Vipassana meditation course. You talked about everything you went through so elegantly and I was really moved and touched by your story. I am happy to hear that it was such a benefit for you and that you felt lighter afterwards. I am going on my first retreat tomorrow and I am nervous and not sure what to expect! I have been listening to a lot of podcasts and reading blogs about other people’s experiences and sort of feel bad since a few people have mentioned it’s better to go in not knowing anything or having heard of anyone else’s experience in such detail beforehand. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed the episode!

Take care

I enjoyed the episode describing the experience of going through 10 days Vipassana course. Great structure of the content and only objective overview- no convincing what to do or what not to.
It’s a pleasure to listen to your experience, James. Inspired by your findings and personal growth!
