My new Album “You Belong” Release Concert, with Jeffrey Van Dyk and The Brothers Koren
This episode is the album release concert of my recently released my new EP, “You Belong,” which I produced and recorded with my soul brothers and collaborators, The Brothers Koren (who were on episode #3 of this podcast). This album has been such a joy to create and share, with songs that are deeply connected to my journey and my heart! The concert includes personal stories behind each one the songs, with a mixture of laughter, a few tears, and plenty of singing!

I’ve heard a ton of ideas on culture change and creating inclusive dialogue, but nothing so well thought-out, creative and scalable as this.
Jennifer Graham is a visionary “conversation cultivator” and the Founder and CEO of Inclusivv, a visionary culture change company. She spent years running TEDxAtlanta, but got frustrated by the 1-way dialogue. She wanted to move from me-to-you “ideas worth spreading” to a conversation that could bring multiple diverse voices together for “conversations that matter.”
How do you get people to engage with one another around difficult subjects? How do you get them to listen to one another and learn from the experience? How do you get bosses and subordinates from diverse backgrounds to gain common understanding? These are some of the questions that Jennifer has been able to answer with her unique “conversation technology” that’s at the heart of what her company, INCLUSIVV, does.
One part of the conversation that made my mind explode just a bit was how this “conversation technology” can be used to get people to engage more deeply and meaningfully at events, in book launches and around programs you may run in your company.

Reminding me who I am, what I’m here for, and the path forward
This show is an amazing catalyst for awareness, inspiration, activation and so much more. I listened to the first two episodes on days when I was having a difficult time saying yes to my own calling and courageous work in the world. Just listening to Jeffrey and the guests share their personal stories as well as their vision helped me reclaim my own. It activated a higher frequency of energy in me and change the whole trajectory of my day. This podcast is a must-listen each week . It will be one of the first places I go when I need to remember who I am and what I’m here for.
