Producer Shady has a panic attack on this episode! It gets so bad that she has to leave the studio (it starts around 50:00). Before that, Jen talks about the new "life dashboard" app she’s obsessed with, and what to do if you realize you made a big decision for the wrong reasons.

We almost didn't publish this one because Shady nearly passed out in the middle! But we pulled it together so you can hear Jen talk about having core values as a family, and a botox update.

112 - Religious But Not Spiritual

If you’re struggling with faith, Jen thinks it’s fine to be “religious but not spiritual” (instead of “spiritual but not religious”). She explains how she, as a former lifelong atheist, handles spiritual dry spells. Jen also talks about why she spontaneously jumped in a river with her clothes on, and how it would change your life to do the same.

How to have fun episode

This episode really hit home. I’m a self proclaimed perfectionist and my therapist is constantly telling me to stop “shoulding on myself”. It has become a mantra lol

Best intro music ever

Jen I can’t get that intro music out of my head. What is that song and who is the artist?

My favorite podcast

I’m a huge fan. Jens blog post on why she became pro life literally changed my life. I related very much to viewing an unintended pregnancy as a random lightning strike, striking women down in the streets left and right, with us defenseless against it. This podcast continuously fills me up, makes me laugh, and feels like a friend in the car. I can’t wait to see her for the second time in the Tampa Bay Area!
