Hanging with Jen Z

Great podcast for a kick in the pants to get you motivated to living a well-rounded life! I know that the podcast is called "Getting Zen with Jen Z," but I feel like I'm hanging with good friends when I'm listening to the podcast (especially during my drive to work). There can be an information overload when it comes to other podcasts, but I feel like Jen does a great job conversing with the guests to present the topics effortlessly. Jen and her guests dive into various topics that really span across the spectrum of wellness. No matter who the guest of the week is and/or the point of interest, the mantra always comes down to ways to live a healthier and happier life; whether physically or mentally. Even if you may think that the topic doesn't apply to your life, there's always something that is relatable. I know if I need some motivation in my life, I can always depend on the podcast to steer me in that direction!
