Vulnerability is good

Just listened to the Fear of Emotions episode and I am LOVING the transparent and vulnerable conversations that Jeremy, Larissa and Nick are having! Understanding how to feel our emotions is one thing, but to disect them to their core is where the changes really begin. Conversations like this can help anyone looking to work on their inner self!
