Why the Jewish Woman Entrepreneur Podcast The Jewish Woman Entrepreneur Podcast has been created for women who are successful business owners, who don't necessarily define themselves primarily as Jewish Women but who are, with the goal to start a conversation around what it means to be a Woman, who is Jewish and who has chosen to be an Entrepreneur, in today's world. There are so many questions and issues that are related to the status of a woman in our society today. We also know, by now, the important role that the feminine dimension plays in her journey when she chooses to start her own business. But, with this podcast, I wanted to create a space where we could explore the magic combination of being a Woman who is Jewish and who has chosen to be an Entrepreneur, and to see how it resonates in each and everyone of us. I will lead conversations with all kinds of JWE, some who are successful entrepreneurs and who already made a name for themselves, and some who are on their journey to success; some who are proud jews, and some who are still looking for a way to align themselves with this identity; some who lead their business from a feminine energy, and some who don't; but the common denominator of all of these women, is that they all want to explore this complex and fascinating dimension where different facets of their identity connect with each other and see how it resonates inside of them and with the world. I cannot promise you black and white answers, or clear cut opinions, but what I can promise you is that we will go deep, we will search for answers together and we will stay away from general statements, boxes, judgments and cliches - because that is not who we are. At the end of the day, being the leader of our life and of our business means aligning with every part of our identity so that we can connect to the deepest part of who we are in order to grow exponentially to reach the best version of who we can be. Who is it for? The JWE Podcast is for Jewish Women Entrepreneurs - but not onlyAnyone who is interested in Leadership, feminine dimension, Jewish Identity, spiritual growth, personal development, and growing and scaling your business JWE from Israel and from all around the worldAbout the JWE Podcast host - Nathalie Garson I am a Business Mentor and Strategist, and the CEO & Founder of the Born To Do Business for Jewish Women Entrepreneurs (JWE) I believe that having a business is sharing a gift that we were born to give to people that we are divinely contracted to work with, and that it is our mission to grow and scale our business so that we can become hugely successful, be 100% aligned and fulfilled and have a great impact in the world. Beyond my Business coaching Programs, I created a movement which includes the Born To Do Business Global Community, the Global Online Business Network and the JWE Podcast where we allow JWE to align with the different facets of their identity in order to fully step into their leadership role in their life and in their business. How did the sexual crimes of October 7th have ripple effects on all victims of sexual abuse and what is Magen doing about it?

How did the sexual crimes of October 7th have ripple effects on all victims of sexual abuse and what is Magen doing about it?

Shana lives with her family in Mateh Yehuda in Israel, and she is the Executive Director of Magen which is a non-profit based in Israel dedicated to helping victims of sexual abuse in the Jewish Communities in Israel and around the world.
Through her work in Magen, Shana advocates for the legal rights of survivors of sexual abuse, raises awareness around this issue, and offers therapeutic and communal support to the victims.
Shana also volunteers as a Jewish marital law coach and birth assistant for women with histories of sexual and physical abuse.

What will we talk about with Shana?
    - Helping victims of sexual abuse is such an important mission, can you tell us how you discovered that this was your calling?
    - I am assuming that it is hard to keep track of numbers when victims are not speaking up, but can you give us an idea in numbers of how many women, children, and maybe even men, are abused sexually every year in our Jewish Communities?
    - We hear of a lot of scandals of sexual abuse in the Jewish Community - is it because there is a rise in these incidents or because there is more awareness around this issue?
    - What is specific to the sexual abuse in the Jewish Communities?
    - How has your work changed since October 7th?
    - Is there a light at the end of the tunnel for this abuse to stop in the Jewish Community?

Olga is also an Executive Member of the World Zionist Organization and the Director of Global Outreach for Kol Israel.
Olga graduated from the University of Belgrade and the University of Munich with degrees in banking, insurance, and finance, and has held senior positions in the private sector.
What will we talk about with Olga?
    - What made you decide to leave the corporate world of finance and work for a Research Institute?
    - Why did you choose to work for NGO Monitor ?
    - How has your work changed since October 7th?
    - What do you say about the fact that most people working at Jewish nonprofits are women, but most CEOs of the largest Jewish nonprofits are men?

How to go beyond the pain of trauma with meaning and purpose

How to go beyond the pain of trauma with meaning and purpose

Our guest on this episode is Dr Michael Larrar. It will be the first time that we will have an interview in French ;)

    👉 About Michael Larrar
Dr Michael Larrar is a psychiatrist and a psychoanalyst originally from France, who made Alya 8 years ago and is based now in Israel.

Dr Larrar specializes in treating children and athletes, but that is not the reason that I have invited him to speak in my JWEL Podcast.

👉 What will we talk about
I heard Dr Larrar in a Zoom conference and there were 2 points in what he said that struck my attention so I invited him for an interview so we can discuss these in more depth

Here are the 2 points that Dr Larrar and myself will speak about in this interview:
    1. How to transform our suffering from what is happening in Israel and to the Jewish People into something greater than ourselves
    2. How to understand why a part of the world is not interested in facts and truth when we talk about Israel or the Jews

    👉 Disclaimer
this interview is in French, but you can watch it with English subtitles, on YouTube here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUaVYsP7N40
