Joni Mitchell fans' paradise

Last night I saw the film Joni 75, and found you today! Who knew? Been a Joni Fan since 1967 when I saw her in a small cafe in Connecticut. I love that you are doing this. All things Joni, what could be better... Keep doing this. Love it!

Can be entertaining, but mostly a misunderstanding...

The exact judgments of Joni’s art that she wished against. Some guests have nothing good to say, especially the Hejira and Taming The Tiger episodes. Don Juan’s Reckless Daughter is an example of how many people didn’t quite understand the form of art Joni was creating - which was detached from her self and based more on storytelling... This is more of a Joni fan podcast rather than a podcast about her music and art. Only good episode was with Malka

“Who’s Joni Mitchell?”

As a major Joniphile I got tired of that question. Now I know I’m not alone in my fandom. Zachary admits his bias of “its all great” yet lovingly discusses the ups and downs of her catalogue with guests who seem to love music. The world needed a good Joni podcast—thank you!
