Amazing Podcast

This podcast has helped me so much throughout my fitness journey. I listen to it on long walks and enjoy that Jordan talks with everyday individuals going through the same struggles as me. Jordan is so knowledgeable about fitness/weight loss and gives the best advice.

I listen to Jordan’s podcast on a weekly basis. I am a 41 year old woman who demands perfection in all areas of my life, and Jordan helps me not take things so seriously and he helps me understand how to “win” with a loose structure.
