Amazing!!!

I love listening to The Kids Yoga Podcast! It is wonderful to hear different people’s experiences and what led them to pursue a career in kids yoga. I learn something new or am reminded of something I want to add to my yoga classes each episode! I especially love the “leave a gem” segment at the end of each episode.

Thank you, Jessica! Keep them coming! You’re doing amazing!

Ps - Jessica has the best podcast voice. So soothing and calm. I feel her amazing energy through the podcast!

Great support for those interested in kids yoga!

I’ve been a dedicated listener & fan since the first podcast! I’ve learned so much from the kids yoga podcast & its guests! I’ve connected with many of the guests & am so appreciative of the knowledge shared by all involved here! I love the “kids yoga gems” at the end of each episode - I’ve thought about many of them after the fact! I’ve also relistened to several of the episodes! As a former TV & newspaper reporter & producer, I really appreciate the in-depth questioning & honest conversation! Thank you so much Jessica for building this community!

A place to call home....

I absolutely adore this podcast! As a children’s yoga and mindfulness educator and author, it’s very important to me to be part of a larger community. Jessica has created such a space! Between each episode, and her Instagram family, you can really feel the bond between all of us educators trying to put our mark on the world and help kids. I look forward to listening every single week because there’s always something new to inspire. The guests are great, the content even better. Working in this field can sometimes feel really isolating. But, every time I listen I feel like I’m a part of something so much bigger… And I couldn’t be more grateful.
