Sensitive podcast

I agree with some of the comments here about volume of music in background being a little too loud, and the repetition of information, etc. I do feel however that the story is presented factually, objectively and absolutely with a lot of sensitivity. We know the outcome of this story - there isn’t a whole lot of new information presented, but I still found it fascinating hearing Dr. Phil’s analysis of the psychological aspects and ultimately that’s what these podcasts are about.

Victim Blame

I had to stop listening once Dr Phil started in on the victim blaming of Nichole, the woman that Chris Watts was seeing when he committed the murder of his wife and children. He was the one that was the cheater, he was the one that murdered his family. Analyzing every google search, the fact she didn’t go through his Facebook or social media or that she confided in a friend she wasn’t thrilled that he already had kids only means she is guilty of making a bad decision on who she dated. There is no video of her going into that house that night and since Chris was very shocked to find out the neighbor has surveillance cameras there would be video of her going into the residence that morning. Stop blaming a woman for the actions of a man. This occurred during the OJ Simpson trial when Nichole Simpson’s dating life was brought to trial as if that had anything to do with her murder.
