Sara is not only an engaging podcast host but is an expert knowing runners. She has fine tuned her craft to prehab and rehab runners- those who are high achieving Boston qualifiers to the weekend warriors. Her podcast are about 15min, jam packed with helpful info and a wealth of education and information!
