Episode 116 is a solo episode where I share the exact "tools" I keep in my mental health Toolkit. I really value health in general and staying mentally healthy is a huge priority for me, especially right now.
If you are struggling with mental health right now please seek guidance and support from your health care provider and support network. Speaking up and seeking help when you're out of your depth is really admirable. There have been many times in my life that I have sought professional help and guidance.
I first saw a therapist in my late teens and have found talk therapy and other modalities massively helpful in processing, learning and personal growth. Ov er the past decade I have refined my own little. toolkit of things that really help me to stay on track and strong.
I encourage everyone to think about their own mental health toolkit and what they need and want to lean into not just when things are hard, but as a preventative too!

I’m not a mom, but worked with little kids and new moms for about 6 years... kylies IG follow/snapchat was massively helpful for me to be able to participate in the conversation and empathize with young moms in the struggle (and always give a good recommendation for them to follow!). Since she’s transitioned her business and rebranded, i cant express how excited i am for it and proud i am of her. Kylie is an excellent example of how to mom, wife, and health 😆. Seriously lady, this podcast is freakin awesome. I love how comfortable you are in episode 1 -unheard of- bc youve been talking to us on camera for so long already, i imagine it just felt like another day 😉. I don’t think i have a favorite episode bc i love them all, but i felt like “5 Easy Mistakes Women Make” was pretty amazing bc while i am not currently in a romantic partnership, it was immediately applicable for other relationships in life. Master Your Morning is my fav episode to rec to moms and busy friends. Love you kylie, you are incredible.
