    Episode 12: Growth Mindset: The Key to Happiness, Confidence, and Achievement in Your Child

"Growth mindset is the belief that people’s most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work—brains and talent are just the starting point. Growth mindset creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment." (Dweck, 2007). Research suggests that a growth mindset leads to increased happiness, confidence, and achievement, among other positive traits.
