LL 158: Don’t Keep Your Day Job w/ Cathy Heller

Cathy Heller doesn't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but her words are a necessary reminder: "Your purpose isn't something you discover under a rock." Today we're talking about developing your purpose over time, with an open mind, active listening, and a love for meaningful connection.

For the finale of Season 5 of the podcast, it was only fitting we close out with an episode on one of the most common reasons people turn to Lavendaire: figuring out what to do with your life. This episode has both the practical tips and thought-provoking questions you need to help you do just that.

LL 148: Living a More Authentic Life w/ Natalie Alzate of Natalies Outlet

Have you ever felt like you had to put on a mask for people? Like you've created a 'character' for others that just isn't the real you? Today's guest knows that exact feeling: Natalie Alzate is showing her more authentic self on YouTube with over 10m subscribers, after 5 long years.

Natalie's rapid channel growth is extremely impressive, but she'll tell you herself: She's a human being, not a machine. It takes a lot out of you to portray the bubbliest version of yourself for years and churning out content to reach the masses, only to end up burnt out and asking yourself, "Who am I?"

If you feel uninspired with your creativity or find yourself intimidated by the question of "Who am I?", listen on to hear Natalie's story and tips.

LL 147: Be Ruthless With Your Time & Purpose w/ Tatcha Founder Vicky Tsai

Today you can find Tatcha on the shelves of your local Sephora, ten years after Vicky started the business. But only four years ago, you'd find Vicky herself still living at her parents' house, driving a duct-taped car, and missing an engagement ring (she sold it to fund the business).

Get ready to learn what's possible when you believe in your purpose without limits and what it truly means to be intentional in everything you do.

Fave podcast by far

I always come to this podcast for inspiration(spiritual, creative, entrepreneurial, etc). ❤️❤️❤️

**update** oops, looks like I already reviewed this podcast!! But dang-just goes to show that I’m still loving it so much. Aileen really chooses great people/subjects to discuss, and she has really good questions so that the audience can learn useful and sometimes life-changing information from EACH episode! It’s crazy. Love this podcast.

I love your podcast

I’ve been listening for about 2-3 years now and you just keep getting better. Your topics are so interesting, guests are interesting, and relevant to helping people live their best lives. I started a podcast, Your Aha! Life, last October and you’re one of my best models. I have a full-time job, but the podcast is fast becoming my way to talk to and listen to the people that I most want to help. I appreciate you showing how it’s done. You are authentic and just keep your audience in mind. Thank you!! Continued success and enjoy the seasonal break.
