Inspired to lead with positivity

Diene's experience that "leaders guide the energy of other people" resonated with me, because of experiences I've had being a leader and being led. We set the tone, so opening conversations on a positive note creates a space where people can bring their best energy to the situation. Looking forward to more insights from Travis and DIane.
