In E78 I talk about grieving the loss of a loved one and how there's no right or wrong way to grieve. After the loss of my Oma a couple of weeks ago, I noticed my family and loved ones all grieved in their own individual ways, and it was important for all of us to respect each others grieving boundaries. Don't feel guilty or ashamed for the way you grieve. Grief comes out in whatever form it takes! 👍

This is an important skill to develop for yourself so you become more confident with your own decision making and so you don't have to rely on others for the answers. It's ok to have guides in life, but don't look at others as the oracle. At the end of the day, you are the CEO of your own life, and you get to decided what is best for you! 👍

After moving out of the studio space over the past couple of weeks, I feel like all I've been doing is playing catch up with all areas of my life, but I can honestly say I'm making great progress because I'm not "overdoing it" and risking burn out. 👍

In E73 I share some tips and tricks on how to focus as a multi-passionate artist! This really comes down to what your NEEDS are as both an artist and an individual and also what your soul is "nudging" you to do. 👍

I'm in the process of writing a book based on this topic as I think it's something that many of us struggle with in today's society (including myself!), and it's a worth while topic to dig into.
