My Feel Good Board Game Podcast

This is the board game podcast I didn’t know I needed, but can’t live without. I’m a solo gamer, largely because my friends and family look at me sideways when I talk about gaming, but also because I find people in real life exhausting. So, I like to listen to board gam podcasts to stay abreast of new games and to feel like I’m part of the conversation of what I like and don’t like about various games. With this podcast, I feel like I’m in a conversation with a few guys that I’ve been friends with for years. Patrick’s absurd dad-level jokes are 100% my bag. Scott and I share a name, so that’s a great start, but I also enjoy his auditory eye rolls and passion for the games he enjoys. The format is wonderful (especially the 8-bit breakdown) and music is worth tuning in for alone. Great podcast, great guys. I’m sorry that I live in AZ and can’t attend the meetups they discuss. For them, I might actually attend. I mean they’re probably also exhausting, but at least I can try out my dad jokes without fear of retribution.

Fun favorite

This podcast has become a quick favorite! I love the genuine conversation about board games instead of just pushing the latest hotness. These guys know what they like and aren’t afraid to talk about it. I love the 8-but theme and the extra effort put into transition music between topics. Very professional. I hope to meet these guys at a convention one day!

Top Notch!

Always a pleasure to listen to. Their enthusiasm for board games is infectious, the interviews and contributed segments are great, and the 8-bit Breakdown is perfection. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
