When's the Last Time Your Routine Has Changed?

When's the Last Time Your Routine Has Changed?

Have you thought about what makes you grumpy recently?  I have, thanks to something one of my clients pointed out recently.

She said that she needs to build up a routine again, and it got me thinking about how that's the reason why some days I feel less happy than others...  I didn't have a routine anymore!

Today's episode talks about why a routine can help you feel better, and gives you advice on how to build a new weekly or daily schedule through the changing seasons in your life, both physical and metaphorical.

Busy Summer Ahead? Work on This to Keep your Diet in Check

Busy Summer Ahead? Work on This to Keep your Diet in Check

I think we can all agree that summer is generally the busiest time of year for people.  We have parties, vacations, long weekends, more chores to do around the house...  Lots of things going on.  Because of this, dinner can tend to become even more of an afterthought in the summer and when you're pressed for time, it's so much easier to rely on fast food, take out or pre-made meals.

To improve your health this month, try figuring out some quick and easy summer meals that fit into your schedule and take minimal prep, that way you can rely on them without sacrificing your health, and so you can continue to take advantage of your summer!

3 Reasons Why Supplements are NOT a Waste of Money

3 Reasons Why Supplements are NOT a Waste of Money

Some people believe that supplements are a waste of money, that the nutrients just go down the toilet...  Although that can be true if you buy low quality supplements and take random things without proper testing, that's not the point of today's podcast...

Today I am sharing 3 reasons (that go beyond supplement quality) why adding supplements can greatly benefit your health and help you thrive.

In case you are wondering though, my favorite brand of supplements is Thorne.

Bootcamp Classes are NOT for Most People!

Bootcamp Classes are NOT for Most People!

Today's episode is a bit of a rant honestly, specifically about my recent experience when taking a bootcamp style class.  I really don't recommend bootcamp classes to anyone, but especially not for those with autoimmune issues or those people who are going through a lot of stress.  Listen to today's episode to learn why I don't think they're a good fit for most people, but also learn how to make your workouts work FOR you, not against you.

Relatable & helpful

I played the Seasonal Affective Disorder episode because I live somewhere that's very cloudy this time of the year, and I was immediately hooked. I felt like I was talking with a friend.
