Well, I've been having that exact experience with Jen Sincero's You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life. I've listened to it on Audible many times, but I recently picked up a paperback copy and it's been speaking directly to my heart and soul. Sound dramatic? Maybe. But it's absolutely true. Today's Mini Meditation Episode shares one of my favorite excerpts from You Are a Badass and I hope it inspires you to take, what Jen calls, hell-bent-for-glory action. Can I get an amen?! I Lucked Out

Is this the most biased review ever? Definitely. But consider this - not only do I listen to Kate’s podcast, I’ve lived with her for the past dozen years. So one could argue (and I am) that I’m among the most qualified listeners to review this lovely lady’s work. So listen up; Kate has helped me grow into the person I am today, and dreams with me about tomorrow. She has taught me to set and chase goals, be productive with my time (“the time is going to pass anyway”), and create and maintain motivation from within. I’m not asking you to marry her (I got that covered), just to listen to her podcast. Twice a week. It’s all you need. Luckily, I get to listen a little more than most.

Authentic and super uplifting!

Absolutely amazing podcast! Not only does it have regular content episodes but meditation sessions as well! I love how I can listen to my favorite podcaster during my yoga and mediation time. One aspect I really love about Kates podcast is her attitude towards the audience. When I listen along in my car I feel like I am talking with a friend who is giving me genuine advice along my ride. Her background in life coaching really shines through as she aims to help women and men around the country live a more positive life for themselves. 11/10 recommend!

So informative!

Sure it’s easy to write down goals, say you’ll start making your health a priority and so on... However, just like New Years resolutions, often we slowly start slacking off or ditch them entirely. BUT with the Live By Design Podcast, Kate really lays out simple, everyday actions, that make all the difference and keep you motivated and inspired to live you life as you design, not by default! Some example include: nightly gratitude practices, writing down you short term and long term goals, creating a vision board and so much more! Would recommend (and have recommended) this podcast to my friends looking for some guidance towards living the life you dream of and how to get there :)
