The Living SuperHuman Podcast has been so helpful in my fitness journey. I love listening whenever I go for a run or am cleaning around the house. Definitely recommend, especially “Why Food Matters”!!

This podcast is great for managing normal life and the gym and nutrition. As a younger person whose friends do not always share my health views, this helps me manage staying healthy and my general life. Great podcast!

Food Quality

I am currently doing nutrition with Danielle and the point that stuck out to me the most is the macro lifestyle isn’t eating what you want because it fits but eating the most nutrient based foods to get the most out of them.
