This podcast is such a valuable resource to us as parents shepherding children who are not yet teens. Grateful for RYM and John Perritt for your support in sharing the love of Jesus and how we can steward the future.

So thankful for all the work RYM does to provide resources to youth workers and parents. They truly have a heart for serving the local church equipping them to love and serve teenagers. I couldn’t do what I do as a youth director without them! This podcast is especially helpful. The guests they bring on talk about both the theological and practical aspects of what we do.

I began listening to The local youth worker in November of 2022. It has become my most anticipated podcast to listen to each week. The amount of knowledge and resources that you all put out has been incredibly rewarding for my faith and our mission for leading youth at our church. Thank God for y’all and what your doing for churches and youth groups around the country. This podcast has been a huge resource for me and how I approach youth leadership. I cannot thank y’all enough and cannot recommend RYM and everything you guys do enough. So thank you and may God continue to bless this ministry.
