131: Veronica Grant - Why do we choose emotionally unavailable people?

Veronica Grant is a Love + Life Coach and the host of the popular Love Life Connection podcast. She helps successful women who feel like they have it all except love, find it. She believes deep work is the only way to deep love. Veronica’s work has been featured in O the Oprah Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Your Tango, and countless podcasts, including Let It Out and Mind Body Musings.

As someone who struggled in love herself and was tired of unsolicited and usually patronizing dating advice (even if well-meaning), she created the resources she wished were available before she met her husband. Through her binge-worthy podcast, free challenges, and coaching, she’s here to shake up how you find love, even in our swipe right, swipe left world.

A few of her guilty pleasures include: psychoanalyzing TV and real-life famous couples, hiking with her husband, pup, and new baby, and sushi everything.

The Honest Compass ,

The word wizard

One of the best podcasts out there. Jeremy has a gift of asking all the right questions just when they need asking, and I’ve often suspected he actually reads minds. Love his guests and the ideas brought forward. Highly recommend!

Emy.3 ,

Fill your ear holes with this magic

This is everyday magic right here. I’ve been listening to LDLB for almost a year now; every interview is better than the last. I cannot say enough good things about this podcast. Dr. Jeremy brings wonderfully diverse range of thought leaders to interview (read: riff on life with) that ponder the questions you may not have realized you should to ask yourself. Do yourself a favor- listen to one episode that sounds interesting and then enjoy the rabbit hole that you’ll go down listening to all the other wonderful episodes.
