This is my favorite podcast. It fills me and inspires me to live in alignment. I listen to it in the morning commuting on the train and it just puts me in the right mindset for the day. Wisdom pours out of you, Ali Tate! Thank you!
I found this podcast about a year ago when I was probably in the worst mindset I’ve ever been in. I was a sophomore in high school and feeling so trapped by what I thought I had to be- I had no real spiritual connection or love for myself. Obviously this show didn’t single handedly change that, but it opened me up to begin so many practices such as meditation, vegetarianism, and talk therapy. I want to keep exploring this peaceful positive natural lifestyle that she continues to inform me about. Ali is such a generous soul and the work she’s done to genuinely reach people has obviously rewarded her with her recent career successes. She deserves all of it, and I feel so grateful to have discovered what she’s sharing. You will be too!
UPDATE: Just have to say that I want to add an extra 10 stars in light of the coronavirus situation. As a now-junior in high school whose college prep and pivotal highschool experiences just ground to a halt, I am so so thankful to have this place to come to. Not only because it gives me this overall sense that everything will be ok, but because of the inner foundation it has given me to deal with a situation like this. Having a practice of meditation and being fully vegan for a month now is more valuable than ever to me. I can’t thank you enough Ali!!
Love is Pure
I’ve known Ali for 15 years and lucky enough to see her grow into an incredible person. This podcast is her in her purest form. She isn’t hiding anything with the questions and her responses. It’s an open conversation with the MOST interesting people. I can’t wait to see this podcast grow and develop.
