#43 - The Frustration of Not Being Able to Get Across to the People You Love

    Yo! Kamga here.

Today's episode of The Loving Creative Podcast is a segment we'll call "Audio Article Edition" (or AAEs for short) where I read an article I have written, and provide some nuance to it.

An added perk of the AAEs, is that you can watch the videos on the YouTube channel as well. In fact, you can even submit requests of articles you would like to have featured on the AAEs, as well as specific questions you might have.

    How cool is that?

Because you're a listener of the podcast, you get access to the article for free. Here's a link for you to read the article behind Medium's paywall.

And you can watch this video ( once it's uploaded), as well as other AAEs, by following this link to the playlist on YouTube:

    You take care, my friend!

The Hidden Power in Embracing Loneliness

The Hidden Power in Embracing Loneliness

Hey, how are you? I hope you're doing well. Just wanted to start by saying hi. :)

Writing always helps me process things.  I think it's the act of just putting things "out" in the world. Sometimes, I start writing with no idea of what I want to express, then end up articulating something that was deep, waiting to be let out.

This article is one of those. You can read it on medium for free using this link.  Please clap on the article if you enjoy it - leave a comment too!

    Here's an excerpt:
" Anyone who believes in life after death has a different view of death's “loneliness.” You’re not alone — you’re going to see your maker.

Beliefs like this can improve one’s life. It’s only expected, given the unpredictability of nearly everything. We think we know — but there is so much we don’t know.

How long have we been studying the Universe? How long have we been fascinated with the human body and mind?

For centuries scientists and philosophers have posited and debunked. Even Einstein, a genius, made errors.

The belief in life after death is a powerful tool to guide life. It’s an understanding that there’s no such thing as loneliness when we leave this world.

But where’s the proof? How can we be so sure?

Well, we can’t. That’s why it’s called a belief. You choose to accept it and live as it states. You don’t need evidence. A true believer doesn’t."

At the start of the episode, I mentioned you can support this project with a monthly contribution. Go here to see the support button.

Plus, on that link, you can leave me an audio message that I could include in a future episode.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Description from the episode on The Soul Stories Podcast:

Olufemi Nassi is an author, poet, and host of The In-Betweeners Podcast. Kamga Tchassa is a poet, writer, and multi-format content creator. In this special three-way conversation, Femi and Kamga share the nuances, complexities, and challenges that come with immigrating to America. Who Do You Want To Be ? | Audio Newsletter

If you'd rather read, you can find this text here: https://kamga.substack.com/p/who-do-you-want-to-be

I have a favor to ask. I know - incredulous out of the blue, yeah?

Well, I’ll just ask and you can say no.

I’m very close to 1000 subscribers on YouTube and I got this thought that I could hit this milestone before October.

    I know - crazy!

I need just 33 more people to make this happen. If you’re reading this, you’ve probably subscribed to my channel in which case, there’s no need to convince you.

However, you probably know 1 person - just ONE - who could enjoy the videos I make there.

All I’m asking is that you share a video from my channel that you’ve enjoyed with someone who probably has no clue I exist.

This will be a huge boost for the journey I’m on and I will be forever grateful. The videos are all free, you can watch anytime. They will be free forever.

All I ask is your attention - which is a lot, I know.

So, yeah. Here’s the link to my channel. Share with friend.

    Or two.

    Thank you!

The Atalaku Effect Podcast ,

Creative creative creative! A good example on how to create good and entertaining content. Keep it up mr Kamga!

asxtaa ,

Beautiful Discovery

I follow Kamga on IG and learned about his podcast through a post he made there. I just finished listening to “Moving to America and meeting my wife” and I loveeee it ! His candid honesty, laughter, humility will draw any listener’s attention. I can’t wait to listen to his other podcasts and follow him throughout his journey.

Tchassa ,

My baby is here!

They say charity begins at home, which is why I'm giving myself a review.

I look forward to having mind changing conversations with guests. The solo format is great in small doses (I think) and I'll be working on a better structure, better questions and more guest conversations than solo stints.
