Reverse aging with lifelong play

I just love Lucas, his philosophy, his diligence his ethos and care for everyone so l had to check out his podcast. This was the first episode l listened to. I had fatigue listened to Stephen and immediately felt better. I love Stephens energy and enthusiasm not so much the constant self congratulation but he is a genius and has tapped into some fabulous ideas on staying young.
